Was hanging out around the boardwalk moments ago. In the water were guys like Dominque, Bertie, Stuart, Remi, Dylan etc. There were some very nice sets that came through and a couple of wide ones which took the guys way beyond car park section. Dylan and Remi opted to run around instead of doing the tedious paddle and Domique snapped a leash in a close out. Ettiene Venter was also on the beardwalk and gave Dominique some inputs on his surfing and fetched a spare leash for him.

There is quite an atmosphere at the moment and I think I am going to go for a surf myself, since I will be taking photos all day tomorrow if the event runs.
