Thanks, I did notice the cam was down since yesterday eve. I fixed it already and am just wating for it to propogate to the main server.

I made a turn at Supers just now, and a light onshore kicked in. One foot waves on the rocks at best, and I saw another guy snorkeling.

I was chilling a bit with legend and friend, Bruce Gold last Friday, and we did the full tour. You know, planned to see each other for 30 minutes and end up spending the greater part of the day visiting various people, printing some DVD's and also filming a couple of interviews. Scooter girl (his dog) is doing quite well, and she enjoyed a liver patty with Bruce among things.

Just realized again how important my health is and that it is the most important asset I have. After being sick for yet another week of my life, I am beginning to feel normal again and am very amped to get back in the water. I'll see you there...

Some of you may have seen me sneaking around the Eastern Cape and Garden route during the last two weeks of January, stalking a bunch of oddly dressed, injured and overly tired looking students. I have in fact been filming a documentary of the Surfmasters, VMC and DMC students while on Orientation as they call it. (Basically an army style bootcamp, except for the guns but complete with tar poles, barrels, backpacks and tires. Add a dash of PT sessions in the dunes and walking distances like from Kabeljouws to St. Francis in one day and not taking baths for extended periods of time and then you get the idea. ) The movie will be released in March 2010 and there is definately some interesting footage in there.
