On Madiba´s birthday and hot on the heels of the FIFA World cup, Jordy Smith once again did South Africa proud. Well Done Jordy! I am so stoked you won!
You may have noticed that my Billabong PRO updates on jbaysurfcam.com ran dry and I also did not show at the protest march which I advertised.
That is because the Billabong PRO was running for four consecutive days since day 1 and I was officially the photographer for wavescape.co.za.
During the march, I had to shoot some important heats and the comp unfortunately took preference over the march.
From the pictures I have seen, it looks like there was a great turn up and a clear statement was made.
I will add some Billbong PRO 2010 pictures to the site as soon as possible.
Right now, I am falling asleep and wondering when I will be able to catch up on some surfing.
