Apart from becoming father to a true J-Bay local called Ethan van Jaarsveld last week, life has been pretty hectic and I have not been getting chances to take much photos and surfing only happened twice in the last two weeks. (My son was born in our house in Kabeljouws, I cut the chord myself and the midwife was Magreet Wibbelink who is also a J-Bay surfer.)

The webcam has been down for a week now, and is begging for a service, so I am going to take it down a little and give it a clean and check all the wiring. I think some moisture got into the power over IP cable and oxidation occured.

Hopefully there will be a moment I can go for a surf today. SSW swell direction with average SW winds. Hope there is enough size though. So I´ll see you in the water then.
