I see a lot of Avis cabbies are pulling into town with heaps and heaps of quiver on the roof. Crowds are still moderate and the traffic is not too bad either. The competition stand is towering once again over Supers and we all know it is that time of year again. Billabong PRO 2008 will kick off with a bang on 10 July.

Kelly is looking good with the most points and wins under his belt. Mick is learning to be a husband and I am not very sure how much he is focussed on surfing, but we forgive him, because marriage is more important than world titles.

Jordy, Travis and the other ZA standouts are somewhere down the ladder, and I hope they are going rip Supers to pieces. Go Saffas!

I will be sneaking around, taking photos here and there as usual, but will definitely catch a few waves at Point and Tubes during sessions. If you want me to take some photos of you just contact me on the drop me a line page. I already booked two sessions for next week.
